VICTOR: Connection. Community. Recovery

Isolation is one of the greatest challenges in opioid recovery, particularly for Veterans returning to civilian life. Research shows that strong social connections reduce relapse risk and improve long-term recovery outcomes.

The VICTOR Project (Veterans Improving Connections in Tennessee for Opioid Recovery) highlights social events, community activities, and recovery-support opportunities across East Tennessee to help Veterans build friendships, stay active, and reconnect with their communities.
